The moon was full so a night time paddle in Dimond Gorge was in order. I shared a kayak with Trang. Gliding silently under the stars with the moon creating dark reflections of the gorge walls on the water, we explored the night. A pair of bats were cuddling in a crevice. A rock wallaby was hiding in the grass. A group of Magnificent Tree Frogs were chilling in a rock pool. And a baby crocodile was waiting on the sandy banks. What a wonderful last night at Mornington! Cole and I did a cliff jump, leaping into pitch blackness in a frighteningly fun moment. We saw a Northern Nailtail Wallaby on the way home.

He certainly is Magnificent!
