My current lifestyle is not a healthy one. I have never spent so long working on a computer before and I’m not getting much fresh air or exercise. All day I am just staring at the screen. My eyes are sometimes bloodshot and I have a constant headache in the background. Sleeping is becoming difficult as I find it hard to switch my mind off and I am not physically exhausted enough to pass out. What I’m doing is made all the more challenging because I am not reaping any immediate rewards. I keep telling myself to wait a year before I critique myself. All I can do in the meantime is keep tapping away and have faith in my long term plan.
