Day 481 (Thailand Day 28)

Besides working on my website, I completed the long-overdue task of sewing the edge of my silk sleeping bag liner, which has been tearing bit by bit for a while. An old liner of mine suffered the same fate, so it seems that the use of a thin liner will always require constant repair of the seams. I wonder if cotton ones are any better? Tonight was family dinner night back home in Perth so I skyped my family and had a nice chat with my parents and brother (my other brother is in Canberra and my sister, normally home in Perth, is current doing Camp America). The most interesting news from back home was that my brother is going over east to try out for a spot in a sky-diving team that will attempt to break a world record for some kind of stunt. After a chat with them I treated myself to pizza and an ice cream – I figured I was allowed to since tomorrow I become a working man again!
