Prompted by my guesthouse manager, I visited a doctor today. I lined up to pay 20r (AU$0.40), which got me a ticket with a number on it. I then returned about 1.5 hours later, which was apparently when my number would be called. I had to stand while waiting and I felt like I would faint. Finally, after about 40 minutes, I was called into a little packed room. The doctor was dealing with several patients at the same time. I explained myself and he wrote out a script for some medication. I took this to a drugstore outside where I bought three types of pills, and then I returned to the doctor to be told how to take them. Let’s hope they work. I’ve got nothing else to write about, unless you want to know more about what it’s like to lie in bed and continue to paint a dunny.
