This video covers the 35 days I spent riding between towns in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Because of the area’s remoteness, I had to make sure I was self-sufficient with regards to food and water. Accordingly, I have several packages of food delivered to strategic locations by aeroplane and collected water from rivers and creeks. The Gibb River Road is described as an epic 4WD challenge. To get through it unsupported on a bicycle, while visiting the natural wonders along the way, remains one of the biggest challenges I have faced on my bike trip, and one of the most rewarding. Enjoy!
