Completing the text to my next newsletter has put me in an incredibly happy and positive mood. Writing stories about my adventures is such a great way to reflect on the experience and truly realise what an extraordinary time I’m having. Would I be at home reading the same newsletter written by someone else, I think I would be in awe of what is possible in this world if you put your mind to it and inspired by what a wonderful word is clearly out there waiting to be explored. Yet here I am having written this newsletter myself. The experience is mine. I completed the newsletter in two shifts, the first of which absorbed me all the way from late morning to late afternoon. I ducked out for lunch to the place I found yesterday to have a break and satisfy my aching stomach. The second shift was much shorter, extending for a short while through the evening. After a small dinner at a another favourite food spot, I returned home with an ice cream, which I slowly ate while sitting back on a bench seat and revelling in my happy, accomplished feeling.
